Engineering, Maintenance and Trades operate across all of JBS Australia. Our plants and sites are often fast moving, high volume food manufacturing facilities and our Engineering teams manage short and long-term maintenance activities to ensure the ongoing availability, reliability and capability of the plant equipment and processes.  Engineering provides direction and guidance for our facilities to ensure the maintenance and repair of the electrical and mechanical assets at our sites, whilst ensuring safety, production, cost, compliance, planning, reporting and plant improvement outcomes are achieved.
