An exciting opportunity for a motivated experienced Senior Beef  Supervisor has arisen at our Brooklyn Plant. Working ‘hands-on’, providing support, leadership, and mentoring to the Beef team, you will implement initiatives to improve our high standards of safety, quality, and animal welfare. 

As the Senior Beef Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Oversee daily operations of all boning rooms and harvest floors to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Assist the Beef Shift Manager in coordinating and managing shift activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to production and employee performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

You will also “bring to the table”:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the beef or meat processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of boning room and harvest floor operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
