About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Training team on a permanent full-time basis as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor in Chullora.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver ad-hoc and planned on-the-job training for operations team members
- Assess team members’ knowledge and skills
- Assist with classroom training when required
- Ensure the completion of the training plan for the scope assigned within the stipulated timeframe
- Maintain team members’ training records in our Learning Management System

- Passion for training
- A willingness to learn about the business
- Ability to engage and motivate participants with different learning styles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of production procedures, quality and safety best practices
- Effective time management and autonomy
