About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Training team on a permanent full-time basis as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor in Chullora.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver ad-hoc and planned on-the-job training for operations team members
• Assess team members’ knowledge and skills
• Assist with classroom training when required
• Ensure the completion of the training plan for the scope assigned within the stipulated timeframe
• Maintain team members’ training records in our Learning Management System

• Passion for training
• A willingness to learn about the business
• Ability to engage and motivate participants with different learning styles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of production procedures, quality and safety best practices
• Effective time management and autonomy
