About the Role:

We are seeking a Workplace Trainer and Assessor to join our team in Chullora, Sydney, on day shift (6am – 2pm), with flexibility to support other shifts. This role is responsible for the effective delivery and assessment of training programs to ensure staff competency, safety and food safety compliance.

About You:

You are a passionate individual who thrives on supporting others to learn. You’ll provide training, advice and guidance to employees throughout their learning experience. Along with the other Training team members, you’ll facilitate structured learning pathways, delivering classroom training, task specific training on the job and conducting competency assessments, aligning with company standards and legislative requirements.

You’ll Bring:

• A positive, energetic attitude
• Good computer skills
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferable
• The ability to work independently and within a supportive team environment
