About the Role:

Primo Foods has a new opportunity for a Training Officer based at our facility in Chullora, Sydney. This role actively designs and coordinates training initiatives that respond to our business needs in alignment with the annual training plan, as well as contributes directly to the business transition to e-learning.

 

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Instructional design for e-learning and classroom training
  • Deliver induction and classroom training for operations, maintenance and logistics
  • Create and maintain task descriptions and task assessments for production processes
  • Ensure effective delivery of training by partnering with training providers, RTO, production leaders and L&D team
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures
  • Liaise with our stakeholders to keep up-to-date compliance training
  • Actively contribute to the transition to e-learning
  • Maintain training records in employees’ files and in our learning management system
  • Assist with weekly and ad hoc reporting

 

About you:

  • Experience as a Training Officer, Training Coordinator or a similar role
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
  • Proficient intermediate user of Microsoft Office
  • Enthusiastic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • LMS knowledge and Instructional design are desirable
