About the Role:

Primo Foods have a new opportunity available for a Training Administrator on a fixed-term 12-month contract based at our facility in Chullora. This role actively provides administration support to the Training team, specifically to complete task documentation and process mapping within our operations team. 

 

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Create and maintain task descriptions and task assessments for production processes
  • Contribute to the daily administration and coordination of training initiatives and events such as Certificate III, induction, etc
  • Maintain training records in employees’ files and in our learning management system
  • Support the creation of contents for classroom and e-learning modules
  • Assist with weekly and ad hoc reporting

 

About you:

  • Experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Disciplined approach with administration and documentation
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
  • Ability to problem solve, set goals,
  • Proficient intermediate user of Microsoft Office, with the proven ability to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Enthusiastic and willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • LMS or HRMS knowledge is desirable
