About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced individual to join our Engineering team in Chullora, Sydney as Technical Support on the PM shift working 12pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday.

This role monitors and maintains the computer systems and networks at our site. Technical Support may install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and application problems either over the phone or in person.

About You:

With excellent time management and prioritising skills, you’ll oversee the IT maintenance and operations, ServiceDesk coordination and reporting. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have strong interpersonal skills, focussing on ensuring our users get maximum benefits from the computer systems.

You’ll Bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or certification from Microsoft (MCSE) or Cisco (CCNA) or relevant working experience in Information technology
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• ServiceDesk Experience
• Solid computer literacy across a broad range of applications and systems
• Hands-on experience with diverse IT hardware, software, and operating systems
• Approachable and enthusiastic.
