About the role
Are you ready to lead the way in attracting top talent for one of Australia’s most iconic food businesses?
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruitment for trades, technical and corporate functions nationally. This is a strategic role where you’ll bring innovative sourcing strategies and build strong pipelines to secure talent.
Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, the role will drive high-quality hiring outcomes, enhance candidate experience, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with our organisational goals.
What Your Days Look Like:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Design and execute sourcing campaigns for trades and corporate roles, using creative methods to attract hard-to-find talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical skill areas to enable rapid placement.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and guiding selection decisions.
- Analyse recruitment data and market trends to inform strategies and continuously improve processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams on employer branding and diversity initiatives to strengthen our reputation.
- Engage with external networks such as trade schools, universities, and industry associations to access diverse talent pools.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on trades and technical roles.
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-find talent using creative, proactive methods.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred).
- A forward-thinking mindset with fresh ideas for attracting skilled tradespeople and corporate professionals.
