About the Role

This is an exciting newly created opportunity for a strategic and forward-thinking Manager, Talent Acquisition to shape and elevate our national recruitment function. From developing and executing innovative hiring strategies to strengthening talent pipelines and amplifying our employer brand, your impact will be wide-reaching. You'll lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned to business priorities, partner with senior leaders to deliver scalable and consistent hiring outcomes, and drive diversity and inclusion across all recruitment practices. With responsibility for high-volume and senior-level recruitment, you’ll also use workforce analytics to inform planning, coach and lead a high-performing team, and continuously improve recruitment systems, processes, and the overall candidate experience.

About You

You’ll be a seasoned recruitment leader with strong commercial acumen, a collaborative mindset, and a drive for excellence. You’ll bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands on execution, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership in talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume or operational environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• A background in highly regulated and or safety critical industries such as FMCG, engineering, transport and logistics, or food production
• A commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and delivering exceptional candidate experiences
