Warehouse Supervisor - PM

Primo Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dry Goods Warehouse at Chullora. The role is for afternoon shift, starting at approximately 2:30pm. 

 

This role sits within Supply Chain operations and plays a key part in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management and timely supply of dry goods to support production requirements. The position also coordinates warehouse activities, stakeholder communication, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Dry Goods Store during the afternoon shift and provide operational support to the Manager
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, stock management and warehouse systems
  • Ensure the timely receipt, storage, dispatch and picking of dry goods while maintaining product quality standards
  • Organise and maintain inventory and storage areas to support operational efficiency
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes and investigate inventory discrepancies
  • Monitor warehouse performance, maintain records and prepare reports on warehousing activities
  • Supervise and support PM shift warehouse and WIP store employees
  • Coordinate staffing requirements and allocate workloads to meet operational demands
  • Process Goods Receipts, create shipment documentation and investigate SAP IDOC errors
  • Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, including team leadership experience
  • Willingness to work an afternoon shift with flexibility to accommodate operational needs
  • Experience using SAP and warehouse management systems highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational, communication, problem-solving, data entry, reporting, and record management skills
  • Valid Forklift Licence (high-reach forklift experience preferred)
