Receptionist

About the role:

Andrews Meat is seeking a highly organised and professional individual to join our team as a full time Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our meat processing site, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills as well as attention to detail. Step into a role where you would become the expert in directing calls and responding to guest enquiries, as well as supporting the Commercial department.

Work hours: 

7.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Receive, greet and sign in all visitors in a friendly and warm manner

• Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items

• Complete Customer Service and Sales support tasks including answering overflow of calls, placing customer orders, third party invoicing, updating price files, scanning and printing as required, and assisting the sales reps as needed

• Manage communication of staff movement and company directory updates

• Assist the Head of Commercial with administration

• Meeting room setup and tidying and organising catering for team lunches and visitors – daily checks and tidy ups, getting coffee machine ready, managing restocking of supplies

• Dish washer / kitchenette tidy up

• Replenish coffee, tea etc for shared areas

• Excellent customer service skills

• Demonstrated computer literacy in excel, word and outlook

• Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-task

• Excellent attention to detail

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

• Ability to take other's perspectives into consideration
