National Account Executive
Primo is seeking a driven and detail-oriented National Account Executive to join our Sales team based in Chullora. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our Foodservice and Distributor channels, providing sales administration, data insights, and customer support while contributing to the ongoing growth and profitability of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end administrative support across Distributor and Foodservice channels, including promotional planning, pricing, rebates, claims, and portal management
- Support financial processes related to promotional programs and ensure accurate processing of PAFs, claims, and rebates
- Analyse Foodservice and Distributor data to generate insights and support decision making
- Develop sales tools and support go-to-market initiatives to enhance team effectiveness
- Assist in preparing monthly commercial review presentations in collaboration with Account and Business Managers
- Monitor key performance indicators, track progress and support corrective action planning
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sales processes, including business planning and CRM adoption
- Provide support across pricing, credit, claims, co-op activities, presentations, and general administration
- Assist with trade events, promotional activities and digital activations
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Data Quality teams
- Support onboarding of new business and manage selected customer accounts on a day-to-day basis
What You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or a related commercial discipline (preferred)
- Experience working in a similar role with Distributor and/or Foodservice channels or within a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and drive commercial outcomes
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
