About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales & Promotions Coordinator to join our team in a permanent full-time position. Based at Primo Chullora, the Sales Coordinator will have the responsibility for the assistance in day to day management of our key customer portfolios.


This role is to ensure customer and business needs are met, and requires someone who is self-motivated and innovative with strong organisational skills and has the ability to work on multiple projects at a time, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Maintain, monitor and implement promotional and pricing strategies via internal and external systems
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Manage sales reporting, and systems of customer portfolios
  • Assist in the forecasting process
  • Manage and monitor the credit and claims process, within agreed guidelines
  • Promotional evaluation, market activity reporting and management of promotional clash calendar
  • Report on sales and category performance with insights and recommendations
  • Assist with product range reviews and presentations
  • General administrative duties and ad-hoc support to the sales team


About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally in the FMCG environment
  • Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office, Quantium, and/or IRI would be an advantage
  • Proven sales achievement record and business improvement initiatives
  • Confident networking skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication
  • Results focused with great attention to detail
  • Maintain awareness and comply with Primo OH&S practices
  • Tertiary qualified would be advantageous but not mandatory
