About the Role:

We have an exciting new opportunity for 2 x Marketing Operations Managers to join the team in Chullora, Sydney or Wacol, Brisbane. This role is responsible for driving a culture of ‘on time, in full’ innovation delivery across Primo Foods, including hands on delivery of big-ticket new product development.

 

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Full ownership of the Stage Gate process (in conjunction with the Head of Marketing Operations)
  • Ensure the Stage Gate process strategically supports the business’ innovation growth agenda
  • Ensure the Stage Gate process provides inputs critical to a successful integrated business planning process
  • Facilitate prioritisation of projects for maximum business growth
  • Lead cross functional teams to bring NPD and Core Product Growth projects to market, on time and in full
  • Facilitate and manage communication of cross functional issues impacting project scope, budget, timings or quality of deliverables.
  • Play a key role in facilitating innovative thinking across Primo Foods
  • Embedding project management systems and processes which streamline our development timelines and processes

 

About you:

  • 3+ years experience FMCG in Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Project Management or Marketing (perishable goods would be advantageous)
  • Good organizational awareness and sensitivity - ability to understand the needs and positions of different departments in the NPD process
  • Strong internal rhythm to deliver projects with urgency – ASAP approach versus ‘just in time’
  • Passionate, positivity and flexibility. We’re looking for someone who is truly energised by the challenges mentioned above.
  • Basic understanding of retail partners, and how to drive their category through innovation
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, Stage Gate and Integrated Business Planning
  • Proficient user of project management tools such as Accolade, MS Project, smartsheets or other proprietary project management software.
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
