As we continue to grow, we are seeking a high-performing Senior or Lead Management Accountant to join our finance leadership team and help drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence across the business.

About the role:

As a Senior / Lead Management Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting across multiple business units. Working closely with the Financial Controller and senior leadership, you'll provide the insight and leadership that drive real business performance.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

· Lead consolidated reporting and analysis across divisions

· Develop and maintain KPIs, executive dashboards, and cost models

· Provide data-driven insights for operational improvement and strategic decision-making

· Build and maintain detailed cash flow models and scenario analyses

· Oversee annual budgets and regular forecasting cycles

· Support departments with budget management and cost control

· Represent finance in strategy and project steering groups

· Coordinate and oversee daily accounting functions: general ledger, bank reconciliations, month-end close, and compliance activities.

· Act as a senior point of contact for complex financial issues

· Champion finance system upgrades and ERP/reporting tool implementation

· Drive automation and process improvement initiatives

· Ensure statutory and internal compliance

· Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

· Extract, analyse, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions

· Partner with operational leaders to deliver strategic data solutions

About you:

· Professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent)

· Extensive experience in management reporting and commercial analysis

· Minimum of 3-5 years of management accounting experience required

· Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools and ERP systems (SAP, Sage, etc.)

· Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

· Proven track record of process automation and driving finance transformation

· Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Australian work authorisation required at time of application
