Maintenance Electrician

The Opportunity

Primo are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our dedicated onsite team in Chullora. You will directly contribute to the safe and reliable operation of our production facility through proactive electrical maintenance.

This role offers an opportunity for work/life balance with no rotating roster. Choose the shift that works for you:

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2:30pm
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2.30pm - 11pm

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative electrical maintenance to maximise equipment uptime
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, control, power distribution and automation systems
• Respond promptly to electrical faults, alarms, and breakdowns to minimise production disruption
• Maintain and optimise PLCs, control systems, and electrical infrastructure for consistent operation
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring faults, participating in root cause analysis, and recommending long-term reliability improvements

What You'll Bring

• Licenced Electrician (NSW)
• Strong technical expertise with industrial experience highly regarded
• Motivated, proactive and safety-conscious attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across all levels as a collaborative team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
