About the Role

We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Head of Safety and Wellbeing to join our team in Chullora, Sydney.

This role plays a pivotal leadership role in driving a proactive, “toward zero” safety culture across the organisation.

About You:

As an experienced Head of Safety and Wellbeing in a large-scale, highly regulated environment, you’ll provide executive leadership in the development and execution of a contemporary, risk-based WHS and well-being strategy that aligns with organisational objectives and food manufacturing standards. You will lead and drive a high-performance safety culture, and drive strategic alignment of safety initiatives across Primo sites.

You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in leading WHS and well-being functions within complex, multi-site environments – ideally within protein and dairy manufacturing environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Ability to cultivate strong, long-term relationships across all levels.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
