About the Role

The Head of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is responsible for overseeing the planning function across the Primo Foods Australian operation, applying IBP methodology to ensure alignment across all business functions.

 

Based in either Chullora, Sydney or Wacol, Brisbane, this role operates across two key time horizons:

  • 0-3 months: Focus on Integrated Tactical Planning (short-term planning)
  • 4 months – 3 years: Focus on longer-term planning, strategy and execution.

 

About You:

You will play a critical part in Primo’s success by enabling efficient, cost-effective planning solutions across the entire value chain. You’ll have a strong focus on both production and workforce planning to ensure that human resources are aligned with operational demands, business needs and growth projections.

 

You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in FMCG environment, ideally in a role encompassing the end-to-end value chain – “paddock to plate”.
  • Excellent knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) and Demand Management.
  • Proficiency in production processes, capacity planning and scheduling techniques including master production schedules.
  • Knowledge and understanding of supply chain planning principles and processes.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, including capacity forecasting and labour demand planning.
  • Competency in industry planning and forecasting software, workforce planning tools and Microsoft Office suite.
