About the Role

We’re looking for a pragmatic and hands on People & Culture Business Partner to support our high impact Operations function in NSW. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll act as a strategic trusted advisor to frontline leaders and site managers, driving performance, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.

In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with a diverse, blue-collar workforce across production, logistics, and maintenance. You’ll lead complex case management, conduct workplace investigations, manage performance, and conduct issues and provide guidance across industrial relations matters.

About You

You’re a hands on, trusted P&C professional with strong commercial awareness and a passion for supporting frontline teams. You thrive in fast paced, operational environments and are confident managing complex people matters with care and clarity.

You’ll Bring:

• Proven HR generalist experience supporting a front line/ blue-collar environment
• Strong expertise in complex case management, end to end workplace investigations, and performance management
• Experience in reading and interpreting Enterprise Agreements and union engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills with the ability to influence across all levels
