About the Role:

Primo Foods have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join the team on a permanent full-time basis, located in Chullora, Sydney. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Foodservice and Export teams, leveraging your analytical skills to deliver valuable insights and drive business decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver timely analyses, including financial and non-financial KPI's.
• Identify key drivers of the business to improve performance and bottom line.
• Actively build relationships with stakeholders and provide insights and analysis to facilitate key decision making.
• Monitor business performance against budgets, forecasts and business expectations by channel, customer and products.
• Review trends in business KPI's, prepare analyses and make recommendations for business strategies.
• Provide accurate and informative dashboards, reports and analysis to senior management.
• Financial modelling to drive strategy and activities across the organisation.
• Review weekly and monthly performance and provide insight along with promotional analysis and impact.
• Support profitability analysis by Category.
• Assist in analysis of brand vs private label profitability and strategic decision making re: Brands vs Pvt Label.
• Support Tender Process and LTO pricing decisions.
• Drive report automation and continuous improvements of report through partnering with Qlik Sense Specialist.
• Assist with sales budget & forecast process

About you:

• 3-5 years experience in Business Partnering
• FMCG experience/manufacturing background is preferred
• Degree Qualified and preference to be CA/CPA qualified
• Ability to interact, communicate and work with cross function team
• Proactive approach to issue resolution
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical ability with skills that enable Advanced Excel modelling and coordination of data, including MS-Office (primarily PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel) along with ERP System’s and BI tools
• The ability to prioritise tasks and be able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
