About the Role

Primo Foods have a newly created opportunity for an Export Operations Administrator to join the team in Chullora.  Reporting to the Factory Manager, this is an internally focused role to ensure our customers requirements are fulfilled in regards to every aspect from planning, stock management, production coordination, export documentation, shipping coordination, credit management and customer data management.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the Chullora Dock Supervisor to ensure efficient management of meat and other products.
  • Export liaison for the whole forecasting / planning / manufacturing / stock availability process.
  • Coordination of shipments and deliveries across multiple sites (will be required to travel between Sydney based sites)
  • Maintenance of Customer records and product performance
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance Department for document requests.
  • Data entry and integrity in AS400, Pronto, Paperless and SAP
  • Maintain accurate and current traceability documentation.
  • Documentation & Tariff / Exporting Rules - Subject Matter Expert
  • Prepare and own all export documentation including RFP.
  • Understand the tariff regulations and government regulations - maintain plus update for each country we supply.

 

About you:

  • Experience in an administration role within an export department preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on excellent listening and interaction skills
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Track record of Management of Export Documentation
  • Understanding of tariff and government regulations and where to source the information if required.
  • Confidence and a persuasive manner
  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure.
  • Excellent analytical skills that enable coordination of data, including MS-Office (primarily PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • AQA Certification desirable
