Delivery Driver

Andrews Meat Industries is a leading food service meat supplier comprising three key divisions: foodservice, value added (cooked) and export. Across these divisions, the company supplies to all areas of the hospitality industry, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, clubs, and resort groups, as well as servicing a number of other market segments, including health and aged care, education, aviation, and sporting venues.

An opening exists for a Delivery Driver to join the team at Andrews Meat Industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry.  

-Permanent full-time Salaried position

-Work hours: 7.30am to 3.30pm

What are the role responsibilities?

This role would be responsible but not limited to the following tasks:

• Making deliveries using medium sized truck, approx. 5-6 Tonne
• Multi drops on normal business operating hours
• Parcel size cartons or crate deliveries
• Lift boxes 10-15kg
• Hand loading into truck
• Check packed orders against invoice
• Meeting deadlines and KPI’s
• Packing appropriate orders into vehicle
• Vehicle maintenance
• Undertake other related activities as required

Who we are looking for?

This role would suit an experienced Delivery Driver with

• Multi drop experience (minimum 1 year)
• Current RMS Drivers Print out
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Full unrestricted work rights
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of greater Sydney roads
