About the Role:
We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative to be based at our Greenacre site in Sydney. This role acts as the first point of contact for all key internal and external customer needs.
About You:
With strong verbal and written communication skills, you are the primary contact looking after our customers’ needs such as pricing, orders, queries, campaigns, issue management, customer maintenance, and claims investigations. You’ll deliver high quality customer and client service, providing customers with options and solutions.
You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role (i.e. customer support in an FMCG environment is preferable)
- A strategic thinking ability – you can take initiative to respond reactively and plan
- Ability to forecast future trends, evaluating market information and understanding business acumen
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (primarily, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Great attention to detail
