Reporting into the General Manager Marketing and Innovation, you will play an integral role in leading the design and delivery of integrated internal, external, corporate and digital communications that strengthen Primo’s brand, reputation, employee value proposition and commercial outcomes.

 

This is a rare, broad role where you’ll own Primo’s digital ecosystem end to end — from consumer and food service to corporate communications — combining strategic thinking with hands on content creation. You’ll work closely with Marketing, P&C, Sales and leaders across the business to bring clear, compelling stories to life across Australia, New Zealand and export markets, including showcasing Primo’s people, culture and achievements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver an integrated communications and digital marketing strategy aligned to business, brand and growth objectives
  • Shape a cohesive narrative across internal, external, consumer, food service and corporate communications
  • Provide strategic advice on digital communication opportunities to enhance reach, consistency and impact
  • Own and manage Primo’s presence across digital and social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, websites and corporate channels
  • Build and manage content calendars aligned to strategic initiatives, campaigns and seasonal priorities
  • Create, curate and commission high quality digital first content including written, visual, video and short form storytelling
  • Translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging communication for diverse audiences
  • Support EVP messaging and storytelling in partnership with P&C, Talent Acquisition and Marketing
  • Deliver employer brand content that supports attraction, engagement and onboarding initiatives
  • Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across B2C and B2B audiences, including paid media, email marketing and SEO
  • Use data and insights to measure performance, report on outcomes and continuously refine strategies
  • Support corporate reputation, sustainability, ESG and community communications across digital platforms
  • Partner closely with internal teams and manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners

 

 

About You

For this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated experience in communications, digital or content led roles within complex or fast moving organisations
  • Proven capability managing external digital channels, social platforms and websites
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting and multi channel content creation skills
  • Digitally savvy, with hands on experience using analytics and performance data to optimise outcomes
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with execution
