About the Role:
We currently have two exciting opportunities in our Marketing team for passionate and driven Assistant Brand Managers—one in our Core portfolio and one in our Snacking portfolio.
In this role, you’ll help shape and execute brand strategies that grow market share and build deeper connections with consumers. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across sales, finance, product development, and external agencies to bring impactful campaigns and innovations to life. From analysing performance data to optimising in-market plans, your insights will help guide strategic decisions. You’ll also play a key role in delivering new products—from ideation through to launch—as innovation remains central to our growth.
About You:
We are looking for proactive and curious marketers with a passion for building brands that connect with consumers. You will thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life.
With a strong analytical mindset, you’re confident interpreting data to uncover insights and optimise performance. You’re also excited by innovation and eager to contribute to new product development from concept through to launch.

You’ll Bring:
- A degree in marketing, business or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in brand management, preferably within FMCG or fast paced consumer markets
- Proven experience in brand marketing with a focus on campaign execution
- Clear communication and strong organisational skills with the ability to engage stakeholders successfully
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on budget control and timeline delivery
- Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to transform consumer insights into impactful brand strategies.
