Administration Officer
Join Primo in a 6-month fixed term contract as an Administration Officer, supporting our Supply Chain function through an increased production period at our Preston distribution centre.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of operations across NSW and nationally. You will work closely with internal teams and external transport providers to maintain efficient processes, strong communication, and compliance across our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for operations across NSW and nationally
- Coordinate delivery documentation, scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities
- Handle incoming calls and transport-related enquiries professionally and promptly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve despatch and system-related issues in a timely manner
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and WHS&E requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain procedure documentation and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
- Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and manage competing priorities
