Production Control Planner

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Human resources department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR Processes.

Key Responsibilities (But not limited to):

• Plan, forecast and Co-ordinate production across site
• Maintain and manage product specifications and overseas country labelling requirements as required
• Management reporting including yield and recoveries
• Inform sales team of any potential shortages and updates to the production plan
• Implement SKU reduction strategies and discontinue inactive SKU’s inline with company goals
• Resolve production planning issues as required
• Challenge current practices and enhance planning efficiencies

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

• Excellent Organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment
• Ability to prioritise and multi-skill
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with proven ability to recommend and implement efficiencies and cost-saving measures
