Located in the Beef Capital of Australia, the JBS Rockhampton processing facility produces a range of pasture fed and grain fed beef products, from commodity to premium. Our organic beef brand, Acres Organic and Right to Roam, our verified grass-fed beef brand is both packed exclusively at Rockhampton. The plant employs approximately 500 team members with a current processing capacity of 700 head of beef cattle per day, operating 6 days/week.

About the Role

Due to a recent internal development opportunity, we are current seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position is responsible for supporting all areas of HR including team member relations, compliance, recruitment, training, first-aid, performance management as well as positively contributing to JBS’ people strategies.

About You

• Previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally 1-2 years
• Ability to effectively and accurately maintain employee records
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to apply initiative and to be a solution seeker
