Cold Stores Forklift Driver

About the Role

JBS Rockhampton is seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to safely move, load and unload products while maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety and operational efficiency. The position also involves regular manual handling tasks and providing support with general warehouse duties as required.

• Full-time positions | 9.5-hour shifts
• 4-day working week | Rostered over 6 days
• Hourly rates starting at $28.85 per hour

About You

• Proven experience as a forklift operator
• Valid forklift license
• Strong attention to detail
• A proven commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Located in the Beef Capital of Australia, the JBS Rockhampton Plant produces a range of pasture fed and grain fed beef products. Our verified organic grass-fed beef brands, Acres Organic and Right to Roam, are both packed exclusively at Rockhampton. The plant employs approximately 560 team members with a processing capacity of 700 head of cattle per day, operating 6 days per week.
