About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join the JBS P&C team in a full-time position. Based at our Riverview office, the L&D Business Parter  will play a key role in driving leadership and organisational growth. This position is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the leadership development framework, enhancing organisational networks, curating relevant content, and supporting the design and implementation of tailored learning and development activities.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Oversee and facilitate the implementation of JBS Australia’s leadership development framework.
• Ensure alignment with strategic goals and foster leadership capabilities across all levels.
• Act as a connector to enhance communication and partnerships within the organization with a focus on business unit people and culture and quality teams.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness and growth.
• Ensure that resources are current, accessible, and aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Support the design and implementation of tailored learning and development programs.
• Facilitate workshops and other events to support team member’s development
• Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and practices.

About you:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, organisational behaviour/psychology or related field
• Substantial and demonstrable experience in the design, delivery and management of organization development or a related field.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
• Highly proficient coaching skills across a range of topics and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels.
• Experience in content curation and learning program design.
