Group Payroll Officer

What You'll Be Doing

• Process weekly and fortnightly payrolls for over 11,000 employees and labour hire personnel.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including employment, taxation, banking and remuneration information.
• Provide exceptional support to employees and managers by responding to payroll enquiries.
• Prepare payroll reporting and assist with year-end payroll activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and enhance employee experience.
• Support compliance with legislative, SOX and company requirements.

What You'll Bring

• Previous payroll, accounts or administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.

Desirable:

• Experience with SAP Payroll.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• High-volume payroll processing experience.
