About the Role
JBS Carriers and Fleet have an opportunity for an experienced Fleet Officer to join the team on a part-time basis (16 hours per week; days are flexible). Based at Riverview, Ipswich, this position will work closely with the Fleet Coordinator to help deliver effective office and business operations, focusing specifically on duties within the fleet team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking fleet administration and maintaining accurate records in our fleet management system (Ausfleet)
- Supporting the Fleet Coordinator with vehicle leasing/purchases, tolls, fuel cards, infringements, vehicle registrations and vehicle maintenance/repairs
- Undertaking various bookkeeping duties including, accounts payable and reconciliation
- Providing effective administration services and other duties as required
About You
- Previous experience in the Motor/Fleet industry highly desirable
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Efficient skills within Microsoft Office, specifically within Excel
- Excellent database input and management
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
