About the Role

JBS Carriers have great opportunity for a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team part time 2 days per week (9 months Fixed Term Contract). Based at Riverview, Ipswich, this position will work closely with the Fleet Coordinator to help deliver effective office and business operations, handling duties across fleet.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking fleet administration and maintaining accurate records in our fleet management system(Ausfleet).
  • Supporting the Fleet Coordinator with vehicle Leasing/purchases, Tolls, Fuel Cards ,Infringements, Vehicle registrations and Vehicle Maintenance/Repairs
  • Undertaking various bookkeeping duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, statements and reconciliation
  • Providing effective administration services and other duties as required

 

About You

  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Efficient skills within Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent database input and management
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Previous experience in the motor/transport industry desirable but not essential - training will be provided
