About the Role

Seven Point Pork is seeking an Inventory Control/Store Person for a permanent, full-time position. Based onsite in Port Wakefield and reporting to the Procurement & Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Dry Goods Warehouse. This includes procuring production-related packaging and products, PPE, safety consumables, and meeting various departmental needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling goods at the warehouse, including inbound, storing, and outbound processes for Direct Materials and PPEs.
• Maintaining and controlling stock levels through the stocktake process and treat deviations, if any.
• SAP data entry, inventory report analysis and Purchase requisition creation
• Forklift operation
• Compliance with business practices, policies, procedures, and systems

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

• A current Driver’s licence and HRW LF licence
• Experience in SAP procurement is desirable, but a willingness to learn is also valued
• Highly developed skills in the Microsoft suite
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a dynamic team
• Honest and ethical communication
• An approachable and flexible attitude in an ever-changing environment
