About the Role

The JBS Pork Division Operations team is currently recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to support the team at Pork/Seven Point at Port Wakefield. Position is in a fulltime capacity, Monday to Friday - night shift, reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide general direction and supervision to Cleaning Team members during shifts.
• Participate in the induction and training of new team members.
• Ensure all team members correctly use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Foster strong working relationships and a positive team environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete work schedules to quality standards within required time frames.
• Adhere to site safety and health requirements, and report any hazards.

Shift Options:

Nigh Shift: Monday to Friday Approx. Starting time 8:30pm - 7.6 hours per Night
Salary Package (Including Super and nigh allowancing) negotiable according to experience

About You
• Previous experience supervising cleaning team members, including roster management, ideally in the food service industry (meat processing factory).
• Current driver’s license and vehicle
• Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships.
• Flexibility to work varied hours when required.
• Chemical handling, awareness, auditing and inventory stock management.
• Energy isolation and lockout / tagout
• Computer skills in Microsoft systems and Kronos
• First aid / CPR / Fire warden
• Have a strong eye for safety and safety processes
• Strong understanding of lock out tag out isolation procedures
