JBS is seeking a Head of Value Add & Retail Ready Sales to lead our commercial strategy and execution, focusing on driving growth, innovation, and customer-centric solutions. This role will be instrumental in expanding market share, managing key accounts, and delivering outstanding commercial results across our value-added portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the value-add sales strategy, focusing on growth, margin improvement, and service excellence
- Manage and grow key accounts while identifying new customer opportunities
- Represent JBS across the supply chain, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement
- Achieve volume, margin, and service targets through effective planning and execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver joint initiatives and align with broader business goals
- Drive sales forecasting and align with S&OP to support aggressive growth plans
- Partner with operations on procurement, production planning, and cost control
- Support new product development and accelerate speed-to-market for innovation
- Leverage insights to shape commercial strategy and optimise performance
What you’ll bring to the table;
- Proven experience driving sales growth and managing high-level customer relationships in FMCG or protein sectors
- Strong commercial and operational acumen, with the ability to manage complex sales strategies from planning to execution
- Demonstrated ability to identify and act on new business opportunities and challenges
- Expertise in financial management, including product costing and margin control
- Deep understanding of Retail/FMCG industry dynamics and supply chain processes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing a wide range of stakeholders
