JBS has the opportunity to join our dynamic Brooklyn HR team as a Talent Acquisition Administrator.  The successful applicant will be responsible for the administration and support of the day to day delivery of recruitment activities, such as

 

  • Resume screening and phone interviews
  • Provide high level administrative support
  • Updating and maintaining candidate information
  • Initiating and validating reference checks
  • Assist with recruitment and induction processes
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
  • Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders
  • Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and systems database
  • Strong candidate care and management
  • Compliance to Human Resources Management System (Success Factors)

 

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence in a highly passionate team who will mentor and support you.

 

You will bring to the table;

 

  • Strong administration and data processing skills
  • Recruitment experience will be highly regarded
  • Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organised self-starter and committed to seeing projects through to the end
  • Background in manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential to be successful in this role
