About the Role

The JBS Pork Division – Baxter’s team is currently recruiting an experienced Store person to assist with the distribution of pork products through our Baxter’s Distribution Centre in Melbourne. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this is a permanent full-time role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately pick and scan orders of boxed meat products into individual runs.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles using a Forklift.
• Assist with ensuring timely delivery of boxed meat products to customers.
• Ensure trucks and work areas are clean and hygiene standards are adhered to.
• Perform other duties as directed.          

About You

• Forklift licence (required)
• Demonstrated understanding of safe manual handling techniques and hygiene standards.
• Good level of physical fitness.
• Good communication skills, initiative and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• RF Scanning Experience (desirable)
