As a Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in:

 

  • Executing business branded product strategy in your nominated markets and customers
  • Develop and execute brand activation activities in conjunction with the brand marketing manager to drive sales, brand awareness and increase brand value through strategic activities
  • Execute sales plans and the sales team strategy in relation to your nominated markets and customers
  • Prepare an annual sales plan covering nominated markets and customers in alignment with the overall business goals, small stock broader sales strategy and direction
  • Gather market intelligence, trends and opportunities to communicate to the sales team and broader business
  • Assist with the reporting and analysis of sales data, industry supply and demand drivers and competitor analysis information
  • Ensure key stakeholder relationships are continuously developed and maintained with key customers
  • Optimise revenue initiatives whilst supporting the business pricing strategies
  • Actively participate in weekly and routine pricing strategy development and discipline for populating and updating the sales price sheet weekly.
  • Liaise with PCP (Production Control Planners) on production, labelling and specification maintenance.
  • Other relevant duties as directed by your manager.

 

 

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

 

  • Post Graduate qualifications in Business/Marketing
  • High level computer literacy in excel, word and outlook (intermediate to advanced Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Responds calmly in difficult situations maintaining a strong customer service focus
  • Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-skill
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Sees an opportunity & takes action
  • Makes self fully available as required
