About the Role

JBS Pork is currently recruiting for a detailed-oriented S&OP Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our Sales & Operations Planning process. This position ensures data accuracy and integrity, supports strategic decision-making, and drives continuous improvement across processes and reporting.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Manage and govern master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and streamline S&OP processes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs that measure forecast accuracy, plan adherence, and supply chain performance.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication by consolidating and analysing data for S&OP meetings and demand planning cycles.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis or master data management.
• FMCG experience in Protein/Meat/Fresh S&OP sector (supplier or retailer) highly desirable.
• Advanced Skilled in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Excel, and SQL; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements.
