As a Replenishment Buyer you will play a pivotal role in:

• Manage and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate orders and delivery schedules in line with product demand.
• Monitor production trends and forecast demand to make informed order delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present daily reports to management for strategic planning.
• Develop forecast and demand schedules for raw materials based on seasonal requirements.
• Develop order patterns to minimize waste and downtime within operations.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and inventory software.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
