As an Officer in Charge you will play a pivotal role in:

• Manage daily Quality Control operations
• Ensure product monitoring aligns with the AUSMEAT standards
• Oversee internal audits and maintain AUSMEAT
• Handle product claims, quality issues, and customer complaints
• Conduct monthly CL verification testing.
• Liaise with Production Control Planner
• Audit Quality Control staff performance weekly.
• Select and train Quality Control staff
• Manage QCO rosters for plant coverage.
• Prepare for Third Party certification audits.
• Review product specifications.
• Update management on AUSMEAT Manual changes.
• Ensure Workplace Health & Safety standards.
