Planning Control Production Coordinator

JBS Australia’s Southern Division, headquartered in Melbourne, has the largest multi-species processing facility in Australia, processing beef, sheep, and goats. JBS Southern processing facilities have access to all major international markets, providing our livestock suppliers with a range of markets and brand opportunities.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Beef Production Control and Planning Coordinator currently exists to join our Beef team at our Brooklyn Plant. Located just 15 minutes west of the Melbourne CBD.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manage production schedules.
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Livestock in making decisions to meet the Company requirements while maximising revenue through effective production scheduling.
• Plan production.
• Forecast production.
• Maintain product specifications.
• Management reporting including yield and recoveries.
• Schedule orders
• Inventory reporting
