We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at JBS Southern. In this exciting role, you’ll oversee the creation and management of marketing outputs across websites, digital marketing channels, advertising, and internal communications. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners to drive sales and strengthen the positioning of the JBS brand across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):

Marketing Support & Strategy:

  • Provide marketing support across Southern business, aligning with overall strategy.
  • Assist sales in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Lead and deliver marketing projects on time using project management techniques.
  • Collaborate with sales on customer engagement activities (meetings, visits, etc.).
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure projects are on-time and on-budget.
  • Execute social media campaigns, events, and initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal JBS communications (intranet, daily news, etc.).

Brand & Content Management:

  • Oversee JBS Southern brand collateral and websites, ensuring consistency.
  • Manage content for social media accounts and online platforms.
  • Plan and execute events (e.g., trade shows, brand launches, customer visits).
  • Maintain brand asset registers for easy access.
  • Manage MLA funding process for Southern business projects.

Market Insights & Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly summaries of market trends and industry insights.
  • Coordinate quarterly marketing reviews with JBS Northern.
  • Assist in preparing media content, including press releases.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Experience managing external agencies, social media accounts, and online engagement.
  • Strong graphic design skills for various marketing materials (ads, sales collateral, digital content).
  • Proficient in content creation, publishing, and management across websites and intranets.
  • Support strategic marketing needs of sales and business development.
  • Skilled in coordinating with third-party providers (photography, videography, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Calm under pressure with a customer-focused approach.
  • Exceptional project management, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
