Responsibilities include (but are not limited to:

• Safe and efficient operation of steam boilers, compressors, and refrigeration systems
• Monitoring and maintaining plant utilities to ensure optimal performance
• Responding to breakdowns and conducting repairs to minimize downtime
• Completing work orders and maintenance records using SAP CMMS
• Participating in safety initiatives and using appropriate safety tools (LOTO, TAKE 5)
• Reporting hazards and coordinating with supervisors for timely resolution
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts in utility system reliability
• Assisting in onboarding and mentoring of new team members

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have: 

• Current Engine Driver’s Certificate of Competency (minimum Standard/Intermediate)
• At least 2 years of post-certification experience in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong understanding of work planning and scheduling procedures
• Commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
