Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

PLC and Automation Fault Finding: Diagnosing and rectifying complex electrical, control, and automation system faults on time.

Ensuring the availability, reliability and capability of relevant assets, including high-speed processing and packaging machinery.

Monitor, follow up and address issues associated with the implementation and process of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.

Continuous improvement of equipment and systems to enhance safety and throughput
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

An electrical trade qualification and experience in industrial maintenance/repair, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment (Food/FMCG experience is highly regarded).

Demonstrated skills in PLC fault diagnostics (Allen Bradley/Siemens) and VSD/HMI troubleshooting.

Experience in maintaining heavy industrial machinery, conveyors, and complex processing systems.

An understanding of work planning and scheduling procedures.

Possess a thorough understanding of maintenance work management practices
