Logistics Coordinator Southern

We are seeking a highly organised and solutions-focused Logistics Coordinator Southern to manage and coordinate Southern inventory operations across third-party logistics (3PL), sales, cold stores, and shipping. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient product flow to meet delivery and inventory objectives.
This role requires a strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse management systems, and domestic transport processes. You'll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to drive DIFOT performance, optimise order processing, and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inventory and order processing across internal teams and external 3PL providers
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring performance aligns with agreed DIFOT measures and JBS values
- Manage stock on hand (SOH) reporting and forecast loading volumes daily
- Process and create orders using WMS systems, liaising with 3PL operations for daily activity
- Support the SKU transfer process, consolidating stock to increase product turnover
- Act as a liaison between Production, Sales, and PCP teams to communicate changes in stock availability or order fulfilment
- Make informed shipping decisions when order fulfilment variations occur (e.g. partial orders vs. full completion)
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure damaged or repack stock is returned and processed appropriately
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports with 3PLs
- Collaborate with JBS teams to drive inventory turnover and support ongoing supply chain performance
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in inventory control, logistics coordination, or supply chain roles (FMCG or protein industry experience highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of WMS systems and inventory management processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and logistics-related file systems (e.g., LST files)
- Excellent problem-solving ability and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of domestic transport and warehousing processes
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
