Inventory Controller - Maintenance

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Inventory Controller - Maintenance at Brooklyn. This role is a dedicated resource to our Maintenance Team.  We are seeking an experienced and energetic individual who is committed to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement..

Key Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):

·          Inventory activities day-to-day across Packaging, Maintenance and Operations areas.

·          Support Purchasing Coordinator as required with day-to-day purchasing activities

·          Constantly review and optimise stock levels

·          Complete monthly stocktake/cycle counts

·          Check/receipt ordered stock and manage despatch to internal employees

·          Prepare weekly reporting and assist with end of month procedures

·          Ensure accurate database (MM) management

·          Identify and manage obsolete and slow-moving inventory

·          Run inventory analysis through SAP and report monthly

·          Manage store locations physically in SAP

·          Oversee goods receipted and issued by Storeman

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

·          Demonstrated Purchasing and stock management experience

·          2+ years working in Purchasing/Inventory

·          SAP Purchasing/Inventory Management and end-to-end experience an advantage but not essential

·          Demonstrated computer literacy in excel, word and outlook

·          Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-skill and excellent attention to detail

·          Able to work in a fast-paced environment

·          Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
