About the Role

The JBS Pork Division is currently recruiting a HR Officer to join the team in a permanent full-time capacity. Based onsite either in Corowa or Port Melbourne and reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for a range of human resource tasks and projects across the division.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the HR Team with generalist HR tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding of employees.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of HR Projects.
  • Collect and interpret relevant data, maintain information, and report on key aspects of HR Projects.
  • Coordinate with the JBS Fleet Manger all aspects of Company owned vehicle fleet, pool cars, fuel cards, operating and novated lease vehicles, infringements, insurance claims, reimbursements, and audits.
  • Complete all aspects of online fuel pricing.
  • Coordinate with the JBS Fleet Manager all quotes, purchase/delivery, vehicle movements and lease extensions for Tool of Trade vehicles.
  • Manage and process all aspects for all vehicle associated invoices on SAP Concur, including Orix, Fleet Partners, LeasePlan and Ampol.
  • Coordinate all aspects of employee housing agreements and ensure the housing register is up to date.
  • Carry out yearly house inspections on all Company owned/rented houses.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the JBS Legends Loyalty Program, which includes ordering of gifts & certificates & liaising with relevant key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate gift cards and/or awards for employee rewards & recognition in line with JBS processes.
  • Maintain The Hub SharePoint site & release Feed Announcements as required and ensure content is up to date.
  • Maintain all Organisation Charts and ensure monthly charts are available on SharePoint.
  • Ensure all current Policies & Forms are available on SharePoint and old versions are removed.
  • Provide general support to the People & Performance team.
  • Ensure annual objectives are regularly reviewed and met.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, processes, and work instructions at all times. 
  • Perform other duties as directed.
