HR Officer DVP (Mat Leave 12 Months)
Diamond Valley Pork is currently recruiting a Maternity Leave cover (12 months) Human Resources Officer to join the team in a full-time capacity. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role will best suit someone who is passionate, motivated and people focused.
Core Responsibilities

Act as a first point of contact for internal team member employee relations enquiries.

Compile weekly HR KPI reports.

Ensure compliance with legislation and JBS Policies and Procedures

Update and maintain all HR records, employee files and systems database.

Ensure Human Resources Management System (HRMS) compliance.

Develop effective relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders.

Maintain manning levels to meet business requirements.

Support the HR BP with HR Initiatives

Coordinate the employee recruitment process including screening, interviews & issuing employment offers including local and offshore recruitment.

In conjunction with People & Performance and Processing Managers manage discipline matters of workers.

Monitor absenteeism and work to improve absenteeism rates.

Manage effective relationships with Site Managers.

In conjunction with the Training team, identify and coordinate training needs.

Manage the employee exit process

Ensure annual objectives are regularly reviewed and met.

Contribute to key business activities as required.

Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, processes and work instructions at all times.

Previous experience with SuccessFactors

Background in manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential to be successful in this role.
